Jordi Jannsen from Netherlands - Nice clean room at a location with easy access to public transport. Lip and Caroline are very friendly people, even allowing me to arrive very late (after 11PM) on my day of arrival and upgraded me to the master room. I didn't see them much, but that was because I was either away or working in the evenings. I would recommend this room to everyone that is looking for a nice, easily accessible, and clean room. Sorry I missed all your great food tips Lip!
Zed Chan from Johor - Booked this room for my friend. Owner is friendly and the room is as promised. Lip also upgraded the room with the same price when the previous room that i wanted to book is no longer available. Room comes with attached bathroom. Both the room & bathroom are clean. Bed is comfy. Would recommend backpacker who need privacy and at the same time budget place to stay.
Dharshviny Sasidharan from Petaling Jaya - My friend and I needed to crash somewhere as there were minor reno works done at our place. Lip's place was the perfect one! Very quiet and serene. Slept well! We came really late and Lip was very accommodating! Thank you Lip!

Leandro Julio Da Silva from Brazil - Lip is a good host, he gave me some advices about malaysian food and helped me with all i need. The room is big and confortable, and its in a very good location, very close to the metro.

Lip's room is meant for people who want only a clean space to set camp which is why the cost is so affordable. He was kind and welcoming to me and gave me all the privacy I needed. I am sure if I come back to the same area , I will be taking up the place again.
